Pilot terms of use

You must be authorized to act for the company you register. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information, lawful uploads and appropriate rights to the materials you publish.

Company access requires approval. Published passports contain company-supplied, self-declared information. Publication, a QR code or an uploaded certificate does not mean the platform has independently verified the product or established regulatory compliance.

Review your public preview before publishing. Do not publish personal information, confidential documents or claims you cannot support. Report mistakes to the platform team and correct or restrict affected public information.

Service enquiries and invoices are separate from publishing. Services and payment terms are agreed with the platform team. Misuse may result in restricted account access; public passport continuity is handled separately.
