What we collect
We collect company registration details, administrator contact information, supporting business documents and activity records to review applications, administer access and operate the passport service.
Who can access it
Authorized platform administrators can access company applications and private records. Other companies cannot access them. Only information explicitly selected for a published passport is public. Registration and tax documents, payment evidence and full LCA reports remain private.
Sessions & communications
Essential session cookies support sign-in and application access. Emails communicate application, account and administrative updates. Do not submit personal national identity documents unless the platform team specifically establishes a need.
Access, corrections & retention
Contact your platform representative to request access, correction or appropriate restriction/removal of personal information. Released product history and administrative records may need to be retained for traceability; public access can be restricted separately.
This notice describes the pilot workflow. The operating organization must provide its contact details and applicable retention information before production launch.
